The hands-on activity offers a fun and creative way to explore wind\, motion and energy while making a seasonal decoration to take home. \nAll supplies will be provided while they last\, and all ages are welcome. Leashed pets are welcome too. Don’t leaf without joining in — it’s sure to be a whirlwind of fall fun! \nPark admission is $15 per vehicle and is free for campers at Prado and Mojave Narrows Regional Parks. Regional Parks are open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. \nMake a day of your visit and enjoy other park amenities\, including lake fishing\, picnic shelters\, grills\, playgrounds\, open green spaces and trails. SUMMARY:Equine Education Day at Prado Equestrian Center
DESCRIPTION:This event for Sunday\, Feb. 22 is booked up. The next event is Sunday\, April 26 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. \nThe Prado Equestrian Center is hosting a unique experience for kids ages 12 and under to spend a day on the ranch learning all about horses! Kids will have a chance to learn how to groom\, feed and interact with a horse! \nDates include: \nA two-hour session from 9-11 a.m. \n\nSunday\, July 26\nSunday Aug. 23\nSunday\, Oct. 25\n\nA fun introduction to horses and equestrian life for the whole family to enjoy! All children will also get to paint their own horseshoe to take home as well as a certificate of completion. \nEach session is $35 for two hours\, from 9-11 a.m. The Prado Park Equestrian Center (PPEC) is located inside Prado Regional Park.
