In this hands-on event\, kids will learn all about different herbs — how they grow\, what they need\, and how they can be used in cooking and even crafts! \nEach little gardener will plant their own herb garden to take home\, choosing from a variety of delicious and fragrant herbs like basil\, mint\, and thyme. It’s the perfect way to introduce children to the joys of gardening and the magic of fresh\, homegrown flavors! \nAdmission is $15 per vehicle. Supplies are provided while they last. SUMMARY:Bear Necessities at Cucamonga-Guasti
DESCRIPTION:Join us at Cucamonga-Guasti Regional Park on Saturday\, April 25\, as we explore some “beary” important safety tips and tricks when a bear is nearby and how to identify the different types of bears native to our region. \nForget about your worries and your strife when you learn some “paws-itively” wild facts about bears native to North America. We’ll also talk about how to respect our furry wildlife neighbors. It’s a fun way to learn about bear biology and just how necessary the conservation is when recreating outdoors. Plus\, we will conduct a field experiment. Join us! It would be unbearable without you! \nAdmission is $15 per vehicle and free for those camping with us at Prado. All ages are welcome\, including leashed pets.
