Start your morning with a refreshing and family-friendly yoga session at San Bernardino County’s beautiful Yucaipa Regional Park. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is the perfect way to energize your day and spend quality time with loved ones.

After our yoga session, we’ll take a moment to connect even deeper with nature through a short exploration of botany. We will become one with nature and simulate seed dispersal with a fun popper craft! Bring your mat, your family, and your good vibes—we’ll see you there!
