The Department of Regional Parks and the County Board of Supervisors will be celebrating the opening of the new agriculture-themed playground and splash pad at Prado Regional Park on Thursday Nov. 21 at 11:30 a.m. The public is invited to attend the ceremony with free park admission from 11 a.m....
