The Harvest Festival celebrates the beginning of fall with a touch of Halloween spook with haunted hayrides. The event will also include a pumpkin patch, trick-or-treating, costume contests for all ages as well as family games, event booths, live music, food and more. Regional Parks is excited to bring this event to the high-desert communities and intends to host this as an annual event every year.

The hayrides have sold out but you can still prepay for park admission for $15 per vehicle. Don’t forget our Movie in the Park, featuring Hotel Transylvania. Pack your snacks, chairs & blankets, and bring the whole family. Leashed pets are welcome too!

Wild Man Dan Show
The Wild Man Dan Show offers an exceptional in-person program designed to captivate audiences of all ages. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to safely interact up close with a variety of venomous animals, non-venomous reptiles and invertebrates. Throughout the show learn about the differences between snakes and lizards, and more.

Movie in the Park: Hotel Transylvania
The film tells the story of Count Dracula (voiced by Adam Sandler), the famed vampire who is also the owner of the titular Hotel Transylvania where the world’s monsters can take a rest from human civilization. Dracula invites some of the most famous monsters to celebrate the 118th birthday of his beloved daughter Mavis (Selena Gomez), and the story begins!
Bring your camping chairs, blankets, coolers, snacks and dress warmly. Leashed pets are welcome too!
Free popcorn will be available while supplies last.

The festival celebrates the beginning of fall with this year’s theme, Dr. Pains Snake Oil and Tonics — offering lots of trickery and deception for all eventgoers.

- Pets are welcome but we will not have a separate category for pets this year 🙁

Hayride Information
The event will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued. Park entry can be prepaid in combination with the hayride tickets or separately. Barcodes will be issued in the confirmation email and will provide entry to the park and hayride.
NOTICE: Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your hayride departure time. Allow yourself time for entry to the park, parking, walking to the stables and checking in for the hayride; this may take some time (based on entry wait & walking time).
Confirmation Barcode
Please have your barcode ready for scanning. The barcode is on your confirmation receipt and will be used at the gate to enter the park, and also to check-in for the hayride.
Arrive on Time
The wagon will not wait for late arrivals. If you are not on time your seat may be forfeited.
Not Recommended for Small Children
Due to the nature of the special effects and sound, the Haunted Hayride may not be suitable for children under the age of 13. The Haunted Hayride experience will contain some special effects, but not limited to strobe lights, intense sound, extreme and graphic visual effects and fog machines.
Hayride Rules
- No food or drink permitted while on the ride.
- No smoking or vaping allowed on the ride.
- No standing in the wagon while moving. The ride may be bumpy and unstable at times.
- Keep all your personal belongings in your care.
- No strollers or car seats allowed on the wagon.
- No flash photography or video recording during the ride.
All hayriders must fill out the waiver form. You can fill out the form online and email to parks@parks.sbcounty.gov, print it out and bring it with you or fill one out on the day of the event (please allow extra time to fill out the form prior to boarding for the hayride).
