Learn how to recycle organic resources, such as yard trimmings, as well as fruit and vegetable waste into compost for gardens. Join us at Prado Regional Park on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. for a hands-on education activity. All supplies will be provided, while they last.
Instead of putting organic waste into the garbage to be hauled to the landfill, learn to compost. All ages are welcome.
Admission is $10 per vehicle and free for those camping with us. Make a day out of this educational event and pack a picnic or come and enjoy a day of fishing at our lake or enjoy our new playground and splash pad. Leashed pets are welcome!
Prado Regional Park is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and is located at 16700 S. Euclid Ave. in Chino.
