MOJAVE NARROWS TRAFFIC IMPACT: Due to the trout derby on Saturday, March 7, the left hand-lane at the intersection of Yates and Park roads to enter the park traveling eastbound will be closed. Access into the park will be from the westbound direction only. Lane closure signs will be posted.
MOJAVE NARROWS: Both lakes will be closed to fishing on March 6-7, for the derby. Lakes will reopen after derby ends at 1 p.m. on March 7.

Mojave Narrows Regional Park will be hosting its first Harvest Festival and Haunted Hayride event on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, form 2-9 p.m. The festival celebrates the beginning of fall with a touch of Halloween spook in the haunted hayride. The event will also include a pumpkin patch, trick-or-treating, costume contests for all ages including fur babies, as well as family games, pie-eating contest, event booths, live music, food and more.
The hayrides have sold out, but there is still plenty to do and fun to be had.
The event will be held rain or shine, and no refunds will be issued. Festival entry can be prepaid at https://bit.ly/46sJo9S and is $10 per vehicle.
