MOJAVE RIVER FORKS: Due to an ongoing pavement project on State Route 173, there may be traffic delays leading to the park entrance.
PRADO: Day watering is scheduled by the Peacock, Red Tail Hawk, Blue Heron, Osprey and Mallard picnic shelters.
Equine Education Day at Prado Equestrian Center
The Prado Equestrian Center is hosting a unique experience for kids ages 12 and under to spend a day on the ranch learning all about horses! Kids will have a chance to learn how to groom, feed and interact with a horse!
Dates include:
A two-hour session from 9-11 a.m.

- Sunday, Oct. 25
A fun introduction to horses and equestrian life for the whole family to enjoy! All children will also get to paint their own horseshoe to take home as well as a certificate of completion.
Each session is $35 for two hours, from 9-11 a.m. The Prado Park Equestrian Center (PPEC) is located inside Prado Regional Park. The Equestrian Center’s entrance is located at 16629 Johnson Ave., Chino.
