Lifeguard/Pool Manager Hiring Event

The department will be hosting in-person interviews for the 2026 swim season. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, the San Bernardino County Regional Parks opens its swim complexes at Glen Helen and Yucaipa Regional Parks. We would like to invite any interested candidates to apply as a Lifeguard or Pool Manager at one of these Regional Parks.

Applicants are required to provide Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications valid through September 2026. Reimbursements for certifications may be provided (see job announcement for details). All requirements must be met prior to the first day of work. Bilingual applicants strongly desired.

Preferred work location is not guaranteed and will be decided by park staffing needs.

Salary

  • Pool Manager: $23-26/hr.
  • Lifeguard: $18-21/hr.
