MOJAVE NARROWS TRAFFIC IMPACT: Due to the trout derby on Saturday, March 7, the left hand-lane at the intersection of Yates and Park roads to enter the park traveling eastbound will be closed. Access into the park will be from the westbound direction only. Lane closure signs will be posted.
MOJAVE NARROWS: Both lakes will be closed to fishing on March 6-7, for the derby. Lakes will reopen after derby ends at 1 p.m. on March 7.

San Bernardino County Regional Parks honors all county residents who are either a veteran or on active duty in the United States Armed Services, including reserves or National Guard, with free park admission on Tuesday, Nov. 11.
Participating parks include Cucamonga-Guasti, Glen Helen, Mojave Narrows, Prado and Yucaipa Regional Parks and will honor one free vehicle admission. So, everyone in the car can enjoy free admission on Regional Parks.
Calico Ghost Town will only honor the veteran or active-duty personnel with one free adult admission. Must present military ID or DD214 for free admission.
