Witches Brew STEAM Experiments at Mojave Narrows

September 6, 2025 @ 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
In bold font at the top reads San Bernardino County Regional Parks. In lighter font it reads invites you to join us for and then in an orange bold font the word S.T.E.A.M. in purple bold font Halloween Experiments. There is an illustration of a dark shadow image of a witch standing at a large kettle pot tossing an item in with some magical stars. There is a color straw broom emblem on the pot. In orange decorative font reads Witches Brew. On the right is an illustration of a cauldron bottle with a cork and some liquid inside. The graphic has bubbles and stars as decoration on the right and left-hand sides. Underneath is Mojave Narrows Regional Park, the park address, 18000 Yates Rd., Victorville and the date, Saturday, Sept. 6, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. An illustration of a cat wearing a pointed purple witch’s hat is at the bottom left-hand corner.

Join Regional Parks for some double, double, fun and trouble whipping up some of your own Witch’s Brew, Saturday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Mojave Narrows Regional Park. Admission is $15 per vehicle, and is free for those camping with us. Watch the cauldron bubble and steam with a magical exothermic reaction — don’t worry, it’s all safe science and super cool to watch!

Then, get hands-on and slimy by creating your very own stretchy, squishy witchy slime — perfect for creepy crawling fun.

And the best part? We have a potion that glows! Perfect for kids or anyone who loves mixing a little magic with their science!

All supplies will be provided while they last. All ages welcome! Leashed pets are welcome too!
