REGISTRATION CLOSED! Youth Trout Derby at Yucaipa

EVENT UPDATE: Due to an overwhelming response, we have met capacity and registration is now closed. We will be hosting another trout derby for all ages on March 7, at Mojave Narrows Regional Park. We will post the details soon! Thank you and hope to see you at the Parks!

Join Regional Parks, the Yucaipa Valley Lions Club & the California Fish & Wildlife for our youth derby for kids ages 4-15. Poles and bait  will be available. Volunteers will be on-site to assist youth. All youth must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. 

• Check-in begins at 8 a.m.
• Prizes will be awarded at 11 a.m.
• Entry fee is $15 per vehicle (up to 6 youth per vehicle).

WHAT TO BRING

• Sunscreen
• Snacks
• A hat
• Chairs for seating.
• Fishing poles will be available; however, we strongly recommend bringing your own, as supplies are limited.
• Comfortable shoes (waterproof or water resistant would be best).
• Reusable water bottle.
• A bag for any caught fish.
• Food and drinks will be available for purchase during the event.
